Company Valuation

Share transactions, changes in ownership structures, and various strategic decisions may require the evaluation of company value through diffrent methodologies. A sound valuation requires a compherensive assesment of financial data, market conditions, and underlying business fundementals.

Within this context, valuation analyses are performed using approaches such as discounted cash flow and comparable company analysis, considered under different scenarious. In addition, financial assesments related to mergers and acquisitions constitute an integral part of valuation work.

These areas reflect my professional experience and observations.
